We operate as a hybrid firm
Depending on roles, our team is a mix of 100% remote and hybrid. If you’re local to our office in Maryland, you’ll come to the office twice a week for collaboration and connection. If not, you’ll attend quarterly business and social events. We LOVE tech and automation, so naturally we’re a paperless company and all our systems are cloud based and remotely accessible.

Anybody has the opportunity to become an owner
There are lots of opportunities to develop in your career all the way from paid intern level. Depending on how fast you want to grow, you could be looking at ownership at 10 years. You don’t have to be a CPA to become a partner and you don’t have to become a partner if you’re a CPA! You can grow to become a highly compensated manager and shine in your technical expertise.
